I have developed my professional abilities and a thorough awareness of the value of the living environment in design thanks to studio activities. I now realize that creating a building that is aesthetically beautiful alone is insufficient; the human experience must also be taken into account. I want to create designs that improve the lives of their residents by putting their comfort and well-being first. This insight has had a significant impact on how I design, inspiring me to create environments that strike a balance between aesthetics, utility, and human needs.

I gained a solid understanding of the academic way of studying and conducting research during my academic preparation for the Master's degree in the UK. I also expanded my knowledge of architecture by touring many internationally known structures. Participating in the design phase of the city future project helped me develop both my design talents and my ability to communicate complicated information to a variety of audiences.

I spent five years pursuing my ideal career as a building designer. I am aware of the importance of soft skills, such as collaboration and effective communication, in the field. These abilities have assisted me in forming a well-rounded design philosophy that balances utility and aesthetics to produce products that satisfy clients' expectations.

Led and coordinated cross-functional project teams, including Architecture, Structure, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), Cost Estimation, and Legal, from project initiation through execution and successful completion. Provided strategic guidance and counsel to senior management on project direction, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely, budget-conscious delivery.

Achievements: Implemented a new project management system driving efficiency and cost savings across the organization. Mentored and developed junior team members, fostering collaboration and innovation. Built strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating project success.

My responsibilities include managing all project phases, providing design feedback, ensuring high-quality and timely completion of design documents, scheduling meetings, assisting the QS team, managing the project server, motivating and training team members, and assisting with legal procedures.
Achievements: Building a strong technical team, assuring high-quality project drawings and documents, achieving client needs, establishing a design management system, and mastering D&B project procedures.

I was working as an architecture design manager with responsibilities for starting and finishing projects, supervising team members, working with clients, setting up meetings with relevant parties, and creating presentations. Another important factor is encouraging and motivating the team to accomplish deadlines. Worked for numerous clients, including Keppel Land and Nam Long, the majority of the projects are apartment buildings.
Achievements: Thorough knowledge of building materials, design principles, and concepts of architecture. Improvements in critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Manage projects from beginning to end, including setting up project plans, budgets, and timeframes; supervising team members' work; and liaising with contractors and other experts. Ensure adherence to design requirements and quality standards, and resolve design issues. Work with clients to comprehend their needs, make necessary plan adjustments, and present to clients and other stakeholders.
Achievements: Improved technical understanding of building standards, codes, and details, as well as critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

I was an architect at the time. KFC, Domino's, Burger King, etc. are some of our clients. Additionally, I helped with the design of resorts in Vietnam's Phan Thiet City. I left the job because I wanted to devote more time to getting ready for my studies abroad.

I oversaw the interior drafting team in the shop drawing division. I set up tasks for my team members and assisted them in completing them on time. The Grand Ho Tram Strip Resort and the JW Marriott Hanoi Hotel were the two projects in which I was involved.
